REDEVELOPMENT NOTICE
Sealed Tenders are invited from Reputed and Experienced Builders/ Developers for proposed Redevelopment of RBI Employees Nest Co-Op Housing Society Ltd., Aasra Building, Plot No. 292, Gulmohar Lane, Chunabhatti, Sion, Mumbai-400022. As per PRC & old approved plans is 809.60 sq.mt. (8,714.53 sq.ft.) & Plot Area as per total station survey is 777.56 sq.mt. (8,369.66 sq.ft.). Existing Builtup is 858.48 sq.mt. (9,240.68 sq.ft.).
Tender Documents can be obtained from PMC's office from 30/01/2025 to 15/02/2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on payment of Rs.5,000/-(Non Refundable) by DD/cash in favour of RBI Employees Nest Co-Op Housing Society Ltd.
The Society reserves the right to extend/accept/reject any or all the tender proposals received without assigning any reason/s.
