SPECIFIC PRECONDITIONS:
The Society has acquired leasehold right in respect of the saidplot by virtue of and under an Indenture dated 19th June 1972 registered under Sr. No. BOM/1704/1972 for a term of 999 years. The Selected developer shall at their costs, charges andexpenses, procure NOC from the Owners/Lessors prior to LOI. The Selected developer must at their costs, charges, expenses obtain Registered Conveyance/Deed of Reversionary Right from the Owners/Lessors in respect of the plot as freehold in the name of Society and get the name of the Society recorded and mutated in the Revenue Records including P.R. Card in respect of the said plot prior to License Date. The Selected Developer to convert land/plot to Residential Zone from the Green Zone current reservation viz. Green Zone prior to License Date, at the Developer's own costs, charges and expenses. All the new wings/towers to have both Sale and Members flats and to be registered under MahaRERA on receipt of CC.
PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
The Tenderer must have networth certificate exceeding 600 cr. as on 31st March 2025.
The Tenderer must have ongoing or completed atleast one Redevelopment Project on plot area exceeding 3000 sq.mtr. and/or project gross sales value exceeding 1000 crThe Tenderer must be having a functional office based in Mumbai.Tender Cost. Rs. 1,00,000/-D.D./PO (non-refundable)in name of NAVYUG NAGAR CHS LTD, Tender Collection from 29/05/2025 to 16/06/2025,11 AM to 5 PM on working days from Society Office
EMD: Rs. 50,00,000/- (Refundable) in name of Society by DD/Pay Order. Submission on or before 30/06/2025,11 AM to 5 PM on working days at the Society Office.
The society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof.
