P. Road, Near Lion's Club, Mulund (W), Mumbai 400080 having C.T.S No. 1437 & Plot Area 1192.8 sq.mtrs. (as per PR Card) & consisting of 24 residential flats.

Interested Builders/Developers should submit their offer in a sealed envelope within 15 days from today. Required documents to be collected from society by paying Rs. 1,500/- (One thousand five hundred only) non-refundable D.D in favour of "MULUND SAMRATC.H.S LTD".
