Sealed Tender is invited from qualified & reputed contractors who have successfully executed structural repairs of high rise buildings (including Civil, Water proofing, Painting and other associated works)
Minimum Qualification - Criteria
1.The bidder should have successfully completed at least three projects of similar nature and size in last three years (repair & painting of minimum 10 storied buildings).
2.The Bidder must have completed minimum 03 jobs of above 1 Crore each in past 05 Years of similar scope.
3. The bidder should have an annual turnover of not less than Rs 3 Crores in the preceding three financial years.
