Plot Area of 7/12 as per Conveyance Deed with society is 4150.00 Sq. Mtr.
The tender documents are available at PMC office on payment of Rs 25,000/- + GST (Non-Refundable) by by Cash/ Cheque/P.O./D.D. in favour of M/s Ekdant Associates, from 04/01/2025 to 21/01/2025, between 11am to 5pm.(Expect Friday) Pre-bid meeting will be conducted in society office as per appointment taken.
The last date of tender submission is 02/02/2025 at society office between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The society reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
