Sealed tenders are invited from qualified & reputed Contractors who have successfully executed repairs to quote for Repairs with Polymer Mortar /Micro Concrete Repair Techniques, Plastering, Terrace Waterproofing, Podium waterproofing, Expansion Joint Treatment, Plumbing & Painting Work for Hi- rise 11 buildings of 16 floors.

Minimum Qualification /Experience Criteria:
1) The bidder should have successfully executed Minimum 20 floors and above of 2 to 3 buildings at 1 location at least 3 projects completed in last 5 years. (Repairs, Repainting, Terrace waterproofing, podium waterproofing, plumbing repairs of society/residential complex).
2) The bidder should have successfully executed minimum 3 projects of Podium Waterproofing and Expansion Joint Treatment in last 5years.
3) 3 projects having similar scope of work similar project volume & Minimum Project value of each project Rs. 8.0 Crin last 5years.
4) Average Financial Turn over minimum Rs.15Cr. should be in last 2 years & Current dated Bank Solvency Minimum Rs. 2.0Cr. with positive NET worth.
