ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 
Bids submitted only by a Company or Limited Liability Partnerships/Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) shall be considered. The Tenderer should have completed at least 3 residential /commercial/mixed use/projects and procured full OC in the last 5 years ending 31 March, 2025 with an aggregate area of not less than 35,000 square meters or each project costing not less than Rs. 750 crores.
The Tenderer should have an experience of at least 10 years in real estate.
The average turnover (in case of a company or LLP) of the Tenderer for the last 3 (three) years should not be less than Rs. 500 crores (net of taxes) per annum. The consolidated net worth of the Tenderer as the majority partner/shareholder of the SPV shall be more than Rs. 750 Crores as on 31/03/2025 and Net worth as on 31/03/2025 shall also be submitted.

NOTE: 
The Tenderer shall submit the necessary documentary evidence for all the above.The Society at their discretion may relax/modify the above and reserves its right to accept or reject any or all the applications without giving any reason/justification/explanation whatsoever.
