The location in Viswa Vihar, C V Raman Nagar, is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hou, especially heading towards Marathahalli. It's about a short distance to Rainbow Children's Hospitals. We paid around 35 Lakhs for our flat. The biggest advantage was that it was ready to move in, so we could shift immediately after the paperwork was done. Sai Teja Constructions finished this project some time back.
