The price was around 85 Lakh, which was a stretch but manageable for us. We liked the idea of having an independent clubhouse with recreational options. The gymnasium and walking track are also great. My only minor concern is that the surrounding area still has some ongoing construction, leading to dust. However, the apartment itself is well-finished, and the panoramic views are beautiful.
