The plot areas are quite spacious, starting from 1150 Sq.ft up to 3557 Sq.ft. This gives us plenty of room to plan our future home. The developer, Techops Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., is building this project, which is currently under construction and slated for completion in December 2029. We liked the idea of landscaping and tree planting for a greener environment. The proximity to PRERNA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL VIHIRGAON, which is nearby, is a huge plus for our kids. This made the decision easier for us.
