The price point, around 55 Lakhs, felt reasonable for the size and the ready-to-move status. Connectivity to the main highway MH MSH9 is also a major advantage for my travel. The developer, Techops Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., seems to have delivered on time. I haven't faced any major issues so far, and the overall construction quality appeasolid.
