Its proximity to Old Madras Road is a strategic advantage for my business operations. JD is a developer I have heard good things about, and seeing the project fithand, it looks solid. The rain water harvesting system is a good environmental feature. While the price wasn't available, the overall feel of the project and the amenities like lift(s) and power backup are impressive. The locality is also quite developed.
