This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Team Green Wood in Indira Nagar. I bought a 1250 sq.ft 2 BHK apartment. The location is great, with Sree Cauvery School nearby for my younger siblings and Motherhood Hospital also very close. I love the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it feels very green. The Vastu compliant design was important to me. The price was around 1.65 Crore, which felt manageable for my fit home. The gymnasium is a bonus for staying fit. I am still waiting to see how the power backup performs during monsoons, but so far, everything seems to be working fine.

My only minor concern is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, which I hope will subside soon. The flower garden and landscaping are pleasant.

We were looking for a spacious 2 BHK apartment in Indira Nagar for our family and found Team Green Wood. The built-up area is quite good, ranging from 1200 to 1250 sq.ft, which gives us plenty of room. Sree Cauvery School is nearby, making morning drop-offs much easier. Motherhood Hospital is also conveniently located nearby at nearby. The children's play area and swimming pool are big hits with my kids. Power backup is also a plus. The only thing we are still getting used to is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but that's common for this area. Overall, it's a good place for families.
