As a single woman working in IT, I needed a safe and convenient place. TDI Wellington Heights Extension is located very close to Max Super Specialty Hospital and Smart WondeSchool, which is perfect. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment, around 1804 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious for me. The price was within my budget, around 1.3 Cr. I like the 24x7 security and the fire fighting system, making me feel secure. The only drawback is the dust from nearby construction, but that is temporary. The solar water heating is a nice eco-friendly touch.

We looked at a 3 BHK apartment, about 1771 Sq.ft, which felt quite comfortable compared to our rental. The price was around 1.26 Cr, which was manageable for us. The children's play area is a big plus for our son. However, the connectivity to the Palsora Bus Stand is nearby, which is a bit far for us. Also, the common areas could have been maintained a little better. Overall, it’s a good upgrade for us. The landscaping is pleasant.

We looked at the 3 BHK which has a built-up area of around 1771 Sq.ft. The price range of 1.26 Cr to 1.99 Cr is a bit high but the amenities like the children's play area and 24x7 security are good. The only thing is the traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houon the main road. Parking seems sufficient for now. Overall, it’s a decent place for a young family starting out. The connectivity to nearby areas is also a plus point. We are considering it seriously.
