The location in Kharar is quite convenient, especially with National Highway 21 and National Highway 95 being nearby. This means easy access to travel. Gillco International School is also a short distance, which is good to know even though my parents are retired. The plot size is 1815 Sq.ft, which gives them enough space to build their home as they like. TDI Infratech Ltd seems to have focused on basic infrastructure with storm water drains and internal roads. We are hoping they will be comfortable here. The proximity to Chandigarh Airport is also a plus for when we visit from abroad.
