    We chose TCG Anand primarily for our children's education. Having Podar International School literally nearby was the biggest draw. The 3 BHK apartment we bought is 1176 sq.ft, providing enough room for the family. The children's play area is well-used by our kids. The Construction Group handed over the property when it was ready to move, which helped us transition smoothly. The budget of around 82 Lakh was significant, but the value proposition felt right considering the location and amenities. A minor point of improvement could be the connectivity to the wider city; the Nal Stop Metro is quite a distance away at nearby.

    I bought a 2 BHK at TCG Anand because I needed something ready to move. The 950 sq.ft size is manageable for me. Being close to Smt. Kashibai Navale Hospital is a comfort, knowing healthcare is so near. The apartment itself is functional, and the valet parking is a convenient feature, though I haven't used it much myself. My main concern is the traffic during peak houon the main Ambegaon Pathar road. It can be quite slow. The price point was acceptable for the area and the amenities offered by The Construction Group. It feels secure here with the basic facilities in place.

    As a retired individual, I sought a peaceful and convenient place. TCG Anand in Vadgaon Budruk has been a good choice. The apartment is spacious, and the landscaping provides a pleasant environment. The jogging track is beneficial for maintaining health. I appreciate that the project was completed and ready to move in since August 2015 by The Construction Group. The apartment size of 1176 sq.ft for the 3 BHK is adequate. While the location is generally good, the distance to the Nal Stop Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit far for daily commuting if needed. Nevertheless, for a settled life, it meets expectations.

    Moving from our rented place felt like a big step, but TCG Anand made it worthwhile. We chose a 2 BHK which is 950 sq.ft. It’s much better than our previous small apartment. The proximity to Podar International School is incredibly convenient, practically zero distance, which saves so much time. We also like the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The price was at the higher end for us, around 66.5 Lakh, but the quality of construction seems good. The Construction Group has delivered a ready-to-move-in property. We are still settling in, but so far, the experience has been positive and we feel it’s a good decision.

    We recently moved into TCG Anand and are quite happy. My husband works in IT and the location in Vadgaon Budruk is convenient for his commute. We got the 950 sq.ft 2 BHK which feels spacious enough for us. The children's play area is a nice touch for when our friends visit with their kids. The landscaping looks good too. The only small issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry spells. Overall, the price was within our budget for Pune real estate and the project was ready to move in which was a big plus. The Construction Group seems to have delivered as promised.

    TCG Anand offered a good proposition for investment. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment, around 1176 sq.ft, considering the price range of 82.32 Lakh. The construction was completed in August 2015, and it was ready for possession. The location at Vadgaon Budruk, Ambegaon Pathar is developing, which is promising for future appreciation. While valet parking is available, I found the general parking space a bit tight during my visits. The jogging track is a decent addition for residents. It's a solid project by The Construction Group, but one should verify the OC status independently as it wasn't readily available.
