The location in Navapura is quite central, and it's reassuring that BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital is nearby. Tattvam Infra is offering a solid waste management system and energy management, which sounds modern. The project is under construction and expected to be completed by December 2028. One thing I am worried about is the room sizes. While the carpet area is specified, I am concerned that the actual living spaces might feel a bit cramped, especially in the 2 BHK configuration. I plan to visit the site again to get a better feel for the dimensions before finalizing everything. The developer seems committed though.
