The project is ready to move, which meant I could shift in quickly. Tattvam Infra has provided good basic amenities such as a lift, water storage, and solar water heating. The location in Bagikhana, near the school and hospital, is very convenient. I found the overall carpet area sizes to be on the smaller side, especially for the 1.5 BHK configurations. However, the price point seemed reasonable for the area and the amenities offered. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for a fit-time homeowner like myself.
