    As a business owner, proximity to Mihan (just 5 KM) was key for me. I purchased a 2.5 BHK apartment in Tattva Apas, which has a built-up area of 1633 Sq.ft. The total price was around 65 Lakh. Mahalaxmi Infra is developing this project on Wardha Road. The construction is ongoing, with completion set for November 2028. I was impressed by the number of amenities, especially the multi-sport court and the gymnasium. The solid waste management system is also a good feature. The area around Beltarodi is developing nicely. I feel this will be a good investment for the future.
