The stepped-terrace formation of the toweprovides a good aesthetic. I am considering a 2 BHK flat, around 900 square feet carpet area. The gymnasium and reading lounge are perfect for my daily routine. It's also comforting to know there is 24x7 water supply and a lift. The project is ready to move in, so no waiting period. The develope, Tata Value Homes, have a good reputation. The only thing I am a bit concerned about is the distance to major hospitals, although there is one about 6 kilometeaway.
