We have two kids, and the proximity to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya was a major factor, although it is nearby. We opted for a 1050 Sq.ft 2 BHK which costs approximately 25 L. The kids play area and the swimming pool are big hits with them. The 60% open area is also great for them to run around. The Tapoban Housing team has been helpful. The only minor issue is the traffic near the main road can be a bit much sometimes. Overall, a good choice for families.
