The 1520 square feet 3 BHK is quite spacious for our family, and the kids love the open sides of the property. It's ready to move in which was a huge plus for us, as we couldn't wait any longer. The price was around 57.76 Lakh, which fit our budget for a bigger home. Getting to the school isn't too bad, but the Outer Ring Road access near Peddamberpet is a bit of a drive. Water supply has been consistent so far, which is a relief.
