We were looking for a home in Nashik for our children's education. Talware Imperial Meadows Phase 1 Villa is very close to Rasbihari International School, only a minute's walk, which is perfect. The 3 BHK villa offeenough space with its 928 sq.ft carpet area. Having a children's play area within the complex is great for the kids to socialize safely. The price at 33.78 Lakh onwards is what we could afford. We like the idea of 24x7 security and water supply. The only issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy near National Highway 3 during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it feels like a good family home.
