    We were looking for a spacious flat in a prime Ahmedabad location and found Takshashila Elegna. The 1890 Sq.ft 3 BHK configuration we looked at felt very large. The price point of 1.35 Crore is on the higher side, but considering the built-up area and the Ellisbridge location, it seems justified. The developer, Takshashila DevelopePvt. Ltd, has included a Jain Derasar which is a unique touch. The project is ready to move, which is a big plus for us. However, the traffic on SP Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider for daily commuting.
