We were looking for a spacious flat in a prime Ahmedabad location and found Takshashila Elegna. The 1890 Sq.ft 3 BHK configuration we looked at felt very large. The price point of 1.35 Crore is on the higher side, but considering the built-up area and the Ellisbridge location, it seems justified. The developer, Takshashila DevelopePvt. Ltd, has included a Jain Derasar which is a unique touch. The project is ready to move, which is a big plus for us. However, the traffic on SP Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider for daily commuting.

The price of 86.92 Lakh was within budget. I was a bit disappointed that OC received status is not available, but the project is ready to move. The dedicated retail space is a convenient addition for daily needs.
