The location is good, with easy access to Mussoorie Road and Rajpur Road. We were impressed by the internet/Wi-Fi facility and the multipurpose room. The price point starting at 30.5 Lakh was within our budget. The main drawback we've noticed is the parking situation; it can be quite challenging to find a spot during evenings when residents return. Other than that, the swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions for our lifestyle.

We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it gives a very green feel. Having a gymnasium within the complex is convenient. The size of the 2 BHK apartments, starting from 1417 Sq.ft, provides enough space. My only concern is the approach road to the main Mussoorie Road, which can be a bit narrow and dusty at times, especially after construction vehicles pass by. Water supply is 24x7, which is essential. The price range up to 1.1 Cr for larger units is on the higher side, but the tranquility is worth it.
