I invested in a 1 BHK at Tabeer Royal Palm, considering its location in Kalpataru Nagar, Nashik. The carpet area for these units starts from 335 sq.ft. Tabeer Properties delivered this ready-to-move project by December 2018. The access to NH 50 is excellent for future appreciation potential. The project offestandard amenities like a club house and children's play area, along with essential systems for water conservation and rain water harvesting. My main reservation is the limited carpet area in the smaller configurations; even the larger 1 BHK is only 417 sq.ft, which might be tight for tenants. Also, the price point needs to be competitive for rental yields.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at Tabeer Royal Palm in Wadala Gaon. The carpet area is around 478 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. My partner liked that the Nashik Cambridge School is literally nearby, making the commute for our niece very easy. Getting onto the Mumbai Nasik express way is also pretty quick, which helps my work commute. The clubhouse is decent and the children's play area is a nice touch. One thing we noticed is that the internal roads within the community could be a bit better maintained, but it's not a major issue. Overall, it's a good place for families.
