We booked a 3 BHK at T M Gouri Residency because the area is calm and perfect for teacheMother's Public School is nearby which is convenient. The 1431 Sq.ft flat gives us plenty of room to move around compared to our current tiny rental. T M Constructions is also providing a community hall which will be good for small gatherings. The price is 1.1 Crore, which was a stretch for our budget, but we liked the location in Forest Park so much that we decided to go for it.
