The proximity to Vishwakarma Road is useful, and the school, Brain Discovery Global School, is literally a stone's throw away, which is perfect for our children. The builder, T And T Group, has provided good facilities like a swimming pool and a clubhouse. The 24x7 water supply is also a big plus. The price of around 1.35 Cr was reasonable considering the location and the size of the flat. We are happy with our purchase so far.
