Our main priority was proximity to a good school, and T B Vvn Heights is a short distance Vasantiben And Chandubhai Patel English School-CBSE. That was a huge deciding factor for us. The location in Nana Bazar, Vallabh Vidhyanagar is also decent. T B Infra has provided power backup and 24x7 security which are standard requirements for a family. The 1 BHK flat has a carpet area of 383 sq.ft. We found the rooms to be on the smaller side, which is a bit of a worry with growing kids. Also, the traffic on Tarapur-Anand Highway can be a bit much during peak houWe are still considering other options.
