This is my fit property purchase. I found Synchron Icon in Coimbatore. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment which has a super builtup area of 2900 sq.ft. The price was around 3.15 Crore, which was within my budget for a new home. It is ready to move in, which is a big relief. The developer, Synchron Developer, seems to have provided good facilities like car parking and a gym. The location in Gopalapuram is decent. My main concern is the traffic noise from the nearby main road, which can be noticeable during the day. I hope the window insulation is good. The club house looks nice, though.
