We chose Swathi Subhadra primarily for its proximity to good schools. Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School is just a 5-minute drive away, which makes our daily routine much smoother. The 3 BHK flat is spacious, around 2000 Sq.ft, giving the children enough room to play indooThe price of 2.61 Crore was acceptable given the location and size. Swathi Buildecompleted the construction in March 2013, and it's ready for immediate occupation. The children's play area is a hit with my kids. The only minor issue is that the noise from the main road can be noticeable sometimes.

It's close to schools and healthcare facilities, although MGM Healthcare details were not available. The flat size is about 2000 Sq.ft, which is spacious enough. The price was 2.6 Crore, which felt reasonable for a ready-to-move property in such a prime locality. Swathi Buildedelivered the project in March 2013. The power backup is a crucial amenity for them. My main concern is the traffic congestion in Mahalingapuram during peak hou, but they are used to it.

The location in Mahalingapuram is excellent, very close to Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School which is a big plus for our kids. The flat is 2000 Sq.ft built-up, providing much more room than our old place. The price of 2.6 Crore was a stretch for us, but it’s a ready-to-move property and we wanted to settle down. Swathi Buildeseems to have completed the project on time back in March 2013. The children’s play area is a nice bonus. Overall, a good step up for us.

Swathi Buildecompleted this ready-to-move project in March 2013. The amenities like landscaping and 24x7 security are standard for this price range. I'm evaluating the long-term rental prospects.
