  We chose Swathi Subhadra primarily for its proximity to good schools. Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School is just a 5-minute drive away, which makes our daily routine much smoother. The 3 BHK flat is spacious, around 2000 Sq.ft, giving the children enough room to play indooThe price of 2.61 Crore was acceptable given the location and size. Swathi Buildecompleted the construction in March 2013, and it's ready for immediate occupation. The children's play area is a hit with my kids. The only minor issue is that the noise from the main road can be noticeable sometimes.

  This is my fit property purchase, a 3 BHK flat in Swathi Subhadra. I was drawn to the Nungambakkam area and the specific address on Sir Madhavan Nair Road. The flat is about 2000 Sq.ft, which feels quite large for me. The price of 2.6 Crore seemed like a good starting point for a property in this locality, though I acknowledge it’s a significant investment. The project is ready to move, having been completed in March 2013. The children’s play area and jogging track are nice additions for future use. I'm still getting used to the city traffic around Mahalingapuram.

  This 3 BHK flat in Swathi Subhadra is perfect for our growing family. The built-up area is generous, ranging from 2000 to 2021 Sq.ft, giving us plenty of space. We liked the idea of a cycling and jogging track, and the landscaping adds a nice touch. The price was 2.62 Crore, which was within our budget for a spacious home in Nungambakkam. Having the Kodambakkam Power Bus Stop a short distance is very convenient for commuting. The 24x7 security and power backup give us peace of mind. We are happy with the decision to buy here.

  We bought this 3 BHK apartment for my parents who are living in Chennai. The location at No.51, Sir Madhavan Nair Road, Mahalingapuram is very convenient for them. It's close to schools and healthcare facilities, although MGM Healthcare details were not available. The flat size is about 2000 Sq.ft, which is spacious enough. The price was 2.6 Crore, which felt reasonable for a ready-to-move property in such a prime locality. Swathi Buildedelivered the project in March 2013. The power backup is a crucial amenity for them. My main concern is the traffic congestion in Mahalingapuram during peak hou, but they are used to it.

  We finally upgraded from our rental flat to this 3 BHK in Swathi Subhadra. The location in Mahalingapuram is excellent, very close to Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School which is a big plus for our kids. The flat is 2000 Sq.ft built-up, providing much more room than our old place. The price of 2.6 Crore was a stretch for us, but it’s a ready-to-move property and we wanted to settle down. Swathi Buildeseems to have completed the project on time back in March 2013. The children’s play area is a nice bonus. Overall, a good step up for us.

  From a financial pepective, Swathi Subhadra presented an interesting option. I invested in a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 2021 Sq.ft. The budget was around 2.6 Crore to 2.63 Crore. While the price is substantial, the location in Mahalingapuram, Chennai is a prime spot with good connectivity, being a short distance Kodambakkam Power Bus Stop. Swathi Buildecompleted this ready-to-move project in March 2013. The amenities like landscaping and 24x7 security are standard for this price range. I'm evaluating the long-term rental prospects.
