We were renting for yeaand finally decided to upgrade. Swathi Shanthi offered 3 BHK flats around 1750 Sq.ft which felt like enough space for us and our kids. Being ready to move was a key factor. We paid 2.85 Cr. The area in Mylapore is quite pleasant and close to DAV Girls School, which is convenient. The piped gas connection is a modern amenity we appreciate. However, the access road to the building isn't the widest, and sometimes parking can feel a little tight, especially if you have guests. Power backup is also a good feature to have.

We finally bought our fit flat in Swathi Shanthi. The 1750 Sq.ft 3 BHK seemed like a good size for starting a family. It's ready to move which was important for us as we didn't want to wait too long. We work in IT and the commute is manageable. The price range of 2.8 Cr to 2.95 Cr was at the higher end of our budget, but the amenities like car parking, party hall, and 24x7 security are good. The flat is ready to move, which was a huge plus for us. The only minor concern is the traffic on Royapettah High Road can get quite heavy during peak houOtherwise, we are quite pleased.

I purchased a 3 BHK in Swathi Shanthi for my parents who live in Chennai. They wanted to be in Mylapore, close to their old neighbourhood. This project by Swathi Buildeis ready to move, which made the process simpler from oveeas. The built-up area is around 1841 Sq.ft, which gives them plenty of space. I paid 2.95 Cr for it. My parents mentioned the yoga/meditation area is nice for them, and the piped gas is a big convenience. The only slight issue is that the construction finished back in July 2016, so it's not a brand new build. Still, they are happy living there.

The location is good, very close to Royapettah High Road. I paid 2.90 Cr. The developer, Swathi Builde, has provided good amenities like 24x7 security and CCTV, a yoga area, and a car wash facility. It's nice to have a party hall too. The main drawback for me is that the OC received date is not available, which leaves a slight uncertainty. Otherwise, the apartment is spacious and the neighbourhood is well-connected with Kauvery Hospital nearby.
