  This is my very fit flat purchase, and I felt drawn to Swathi Lakshmi Apartments in Adyar. The fact that it is ready to move is a huge relief, as I was worried about construction delays. Swathi Constructions is the developer behind this project. The location is fantastic; it's right next to St. Michael's Academy, which is great for future family planning, and Kauvery Hospital Chennai is also very close by. What I'm a little concerned about is the general dust and construction activity in the surrounding area, which is common in developing parts of Chennai South. I haven't seen the exact flat sizes or configurations yet, so I am relying on the builder's reputation and the prime location for this investment. It feels like a solid start.

The proximity to Nandanam Metro Station, nearby, offegood connectivity for trips into the main city. Overall, the location is the biggest selling point for us.
