Being ready to move was a significant advantage as I didn't want them to wait. The proximity to Kothari International School, which is about 2.2 kilometeaway, is a major plus point for my grandchildren. The budget of 81 Lakh for this size was acceptable. I did notice that the construction dust from nearby sites can be a bit botheome sometimes, but overall, Swastik Homes seems to have delivered a good product. I’m looking forward to visiting them soon.
