We moved into our 3 BHK at Swastik Elite a couple of months ago. Our kids are enrolled at Kendriya Vidyalaya Khanapara, which is literally nearby, making the morning commute so much easier. The apartment itself is a good size, around 1300 square feet, giving us enough space. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are nice, and the children's play area is a big hit with my little ones. Having Sri Sankardeva Nethralaya so close is also a comfort. The only minor issue is the traffic getting out of Pator Kuchi during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. But overall, the convenience for the family, especially the schools, outweighs that. Shiv Construction And Developer have provided decent amenities like 24x7 water supply which is crucial.
