This makes life much easier for us, as we don't have to worry about travel time for any medical needs or school runs if we plan for kids soon. We checked out a few flats, and while the layout was decent, the parking space seems a bit tight. We have two ca, so that might be an issue. The developer, Swastik Develope, has completed the project which finished construction in June 2019.
