It’s under construction and expected to be ready by July 2028. The developer, Swastic Group, is working on this project. We liked that it's close to Kalighat Metro Station, nearby, which is great for our daily commutes. Narayana Hospital is also nearby at nearby. The area feels vibrant. The only thing that we found a bit concerning is the lack of specific details regarding flat configurations and sizes at this stage. We are buying without seeing the exact layout, which is a bit of a gamble. We are hoping the final product lives up to our expectations. The location is definitely a strong point.
