The super built-up area of 1250 sq.ft is spacious enough for comfortable living. Close proximity to South Point High School and Manipal Hospitals is a bonus for future needs. The construction was completed in December 2020 and it is ready to move. The price of 1.35 Crore to 1.42 Crore is competitive for this area. A key amenity for my parents will be the 24x7 water supply and the power backup system. The earthquake-resistant structure provides an added layer of security.
