Looking for a peaceful place to settle down after retirement. Swaroop Tulip Residency, completed in December 2018, seemed like a good fit. I liked the idea of landscaping and tree planting for a green environment. They have good amenities like closed car parking and 24x7 water supply. The 1 BHK flat size of 402 Sq.ft carpet area is sufficient for two people. Mount St. Ann High School being nearby at nearby is convenient for visiting family with kids. The energy management system is a thoughtful addition. The dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a bit annoying sometimes.
