The presence of lifts and 24X7 water supply are essential for comfortable living at any age. The flower garden provides a pleasant space for a morning stroll. Swara Buildcon seems to have completed the project by March 2023. My only small concern is the dust from ongoing construction in adjacent plots, which I hope will be resolved soon. Overall, it's a decent place.
