This is my fit property purchase, and I went for a 3 BHK at Swara Sanidhya. I was looking for something ready to move in Central West Ahmedabad. The super built-up area of 2349 sq.yd. Is more than enough for me. The price, starting from 1.5 Crore, was within my budget after securing a loan. I really liked the video door security feature and the general cleanliness of the common areas. The developer, Swara Group, seems professional. I haven't faced any major issues yet, though I wish they had provided the OC details upfront. The proximity to Usmanpura Metro Station, a short distance, is also very convenient for commuting.

We chose Swara Sanidhya because of its amazing location for our children. Nest Public School is literally a minute away, which saves us so much morning hassle. The apartment itself is a spacious 3 BHK, 2349 sq.yd., giving everyone enough room. Having 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance provides great peace of mind. The multipurpose room is a nice touch for kids' activities. We are still settling in, but the lift and power backup are working well. The only small issue is the traffic noise sometimes, especially during peak hou, as it's quite close to the main road. But overall, the convenience for school makes it worth it.

Being ready to move in March 2022 was a big plus. The location in Sardar Colony is decent, and the proximity to Usmanpura Metro Station (2 mins) and Nest Public School (1 min) is perfect for our commutes and our child's education. The amenities like lift, power backup, and 24x7 security are exactly what we needed. The only downside is that the road leading to the society is a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather, which is a bit of a concern.
