The proximity to Baine Hospital (0 KM) and Baranagar Metro Station (1.43 KM) is ideal. The 2 BHK configuration has built-up areas starting from 597 square feet, which should be comfortable. We needed a larger flat for our growing family and Swapnanir offered a 3 BHK that fit our needs. The built-up area is quite generous, starting from 900 square feet. Having Kids Zone School and Baine Hospital practically at our dootep (0 km) was the main reason we chose this location in Baranagar. It saves so much travel time for the children. The building also has essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a lift, which are important for us. The price for a 3 BHK goes up to around 58.08 Lakh, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the convenience is worth it. We are looking forward to settling in.

The 24x7 water supply and lift facility are crucial for my daily comfort. It’s also good to know there is 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a fire fighting system in place for safety. The location on Kashi Nath Dutta Road is decent, though sometimes traffic can be a bit much. The prices are in the mid-range, from 19.28 Lakh upwards, which felt acceptable for the amenities provided. Sapnil Developeseem to have focused on basic necessities which I appreciate.

It’s located near the Baranagar Narendranath Vidyamandir Playground, which is nice for evening walks. The proximity to BT Road and Belghoria Expressway is also convenient for weekend trips. Sapnil Developepromised completion by June 2025, which is still some time away, but the project is ready to move in already, so that's a bit confusing. Sapnil Developehave a project here in Baranagar, and the location seems promising with access to BT Road. The flat is ready to move in, which was a priority for me. However, I did notice that the construction dust was still quite prevalent around the site during my visit, which is a bit of a concern for hygiene. Also, the parking area looked a bit congested. I'm hoping these issues are resolved or aren't too problematic once I move in.
