It is still under construction and expected to finish by December 2027. The proximity to MIDAS HOSPITAL is also a plus. One small issue is the traffic on Wardha Road during peak hou, which can be a bit much sometimes. But for the price point, which I cannot disclose but was reasonable, it feels like a solid investment for our family.
