I appreciated that Swagath Housing Corporation delivered a ready to move project. The saleable area of 1410 sq.ft for the 3 BHK was a good size. The price was around 80 Lakhs. My only minor concern is the traffic getting onto the main road during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. Other than that, the amenities like storm water drains and sewage treatment plant are well-maintained. It’s a good investment for the area.
