    I bought a 4 BHK apartment in Swagat Cilantra as an investment. The built-up area is substantial, starting from 1747 square feet up to 2417 square feet. The Magdalla, Vesu location in Surat is a promising area for future appreciation. While the project is under construction with a December 2030 completion, the potential rental yield seems good given the amenities offered, like the multipurpose room and cricket pitch. Swagat Group is the developer. I am aware that OC received status is not yet available, but that's typical for projects at this stage. The solar compliance is also a nice touch.
