The location in Gajularamaram Kukatpally is quite convenient, close to both Haha Hospital and VVignana Jyothi School, which is practically zero kilometeaway. This makes daily commutes and emergencies much easier to handle. The price point was within my budget, around 65.83 Lakhs. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and closed car parking are essential and they are provided. Overall, it is a decent purchase for a government employee like me.
