We chose SVS Palms because of its proximity to Gopalan National School, which is just a kilometer away. The kids also love the children's play area and the skating rink. We have a 3 BHK flat, and the space is good for our family of four, with super builtup area ranging up to 1671 sq.ft. The project is ready to move, and we appreciated that. The 24x7 security and water supply are reliable. My only concern is the lack of an OC receipt, which makes me a little nervous about future resale value. The price point was reasonable though, within our budget of around 90 Lakhs for the larger configurations.

As a retired individual, I value peace and quiet, and SVS Palms offea yoga and meditation area which is quite calming. The gymnasium is also well-equipped for staying active. We chose a 3 BHK flat, which is spacious enough for visiting family, with sizes going up to 1671 sq.ft. The project is located conveniently close to the Seetharam Palya Metro Station, about 1 kilometer away. While the 24x7 security and power backup are essential, the actual construction quality seems a bit dated, which is undetandable given the completion in 2012. The surrounding area has seen a lot of development, leading to increased traffic on Chinnapanhalli Main Road.

We moved into SVS Palms about six months ago. The location on Chinnapanhalli Main Road is really convenient for my commute to Whitefield. My partner works near the Outer Ring Road, so that's also very close. We got a 2 BHK which is a decent size, around 1230 sq.ft. The clubhouse has a gym and a swimming pool, which we use quite often. The building itself is Vastu compliant which was important to us. One thing to note is that during peak hou, the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy. Also, the parking can be a bit of a squeeze, especially on weekends when guests visit. Overall, it's a good place for young professionals.
