My wife and I are looking to upgrade from our rental flat in Uppal. SV'S Manisha in Prashanth Nagar offe2 and 3 BHK configurations. The biggest draw for us is the proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya no 1 Uppal, which is literally a 2-minute walk. This is perfect for our children. The location near Uppal Junction is also quite central. We are looking for a comfortable home, not necessarily a luxury one. We need to check the actual carpet area for the 3 BHK units as the details are not yet available. The builder needs to provide more clarity on the amenities and completion timeline. It seems like a decent option if the sizes are good.

I checked out SV'S Manisha in Uppal, Prashanth Nagar. As a business owner, I need good connectivity and this place offethat with Uppal Junction nearby. The proximity to Sree Netralaya is also a plus for the locality. I was considering it for a rental investment. The configuration is 2 and 3 BHK, which usually have good demand. The street number 3 address is clear, though the narrow lane access could be a slight concern for visitowho aren't familiar with the area. Construction quality appeasolid from the outside. I need to see the completion status and OC details before making a final decision. It's a competitive market.

Being a short distance Stadium Metro Station is a huge advantage for getting around Hyderabad quickly. It’s also very close to Sree Netralaya, which is convenient. I am interested in a 3 BHK unit. The address on Street no 3, Near Hanuman Rice Depot is specific. I’m a bit concerned about the dust and noise levels from the nearby main road during peak hou, but the interior might be quiet enough. I will visit the site again to get a better feel.
