The location in Shahberi, Sector 4 is surprisingly close to essential services; Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is practically next door, which was a huge factor for my relocation. We got a 2 BHK which is around 925 square feet, quite spacious for the price point. The area is developing fast, so connectivity should only improve. My only small issue is the traffic noise sometimes, especially during peak houBut overall, the convenience of having the hospital so close outweighs that.
