We are looking at a 2 BHK flat, around 1100 sq.ft., priced at 70.4 Lakh. The developer, SVS Infracon Pvt. Ltd., has included a kids' play area and a swimming pool in the amenities, which our children are very excited about. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by May 2025. The location in North Hyderabad is quite good, close to essential services. We are also happy with the rain water harvesting system they are implementing.
